across. offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store. You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
All crossword puzzles, app design, branding, and content are owned by across. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
across. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of across. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
